Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping Sleepy Bee Supply. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Sleepy Bee Supplies ships to all 50 states and territories of the United States.

Free standard ground shipping is provided on all orders $50 and over. Express, overnight, and worldwide shipping is not included in this offer.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATE ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

The shipping times quoted at checkout are ESTIMATES ONLY and are not guaranteed by Sleepy Bee Supplies or the shipping companies listed.

Due to Covid-19 and holidays, shipping time is greatly increased.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Sleepy Bee Supplies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not responsible for the actions of customs agents.

DAMAGES

Sleepy Bee Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photos of the box(es) and item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the United States and territories.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 90 days on most items that have not been used or damaged. Please contact us for detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

We DO NOT accept returns on skin cream.
