How can I get free shipping?
If your package is being shipped inside the United States, spend $50 or more and ground shipping is paid by Sleepy Bee Supplies.

How long will it take to get my package?
The shipping calculator on our cart page shows an estimated arrival date, but please note that is an estimate controlled by the shipping companies, and it's not always accurate, especially on weekends and holidays. We ship packages out daily!

Do you take returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. OSHA requirements prohibit returns.

How do I use the products on your site?
Please follow all instructions on the packaging. If you need further assistance, check our product page and also our blog, where we post articles regarding our products and their use.

Will the product work on me?
The products we sell, and specifically the anesthetic products, don't work on everyone. We've found that some people are resistant to anesthetics, and while following instructions carefully can increase your chances of getting the full benefits of the product, sometimes they won't work for some people.

Your prices are lower than other stores. Are your products knock-offs?
No. We purchase all our products straight from the manufacturers, which allows us to sell the products at great prices!

The product I ordered didn't come by the time I needed it. What do I do now?
All of the products we sell have a shelf life of 2-5 years. If you haven't opened the product yet, set it aside for a time when you'll need it, and it'll still work just as good.

I got free shipping, but it took a really long time to get here. Can I get a refund?
Shipping times are not guaranteed. The free shipping we provide is ground shipping. If you'd like your product sooner, we suggest paying for upgraded shipping such as Priority or Express.

The product was damaged during shipping. What do I do?

  • Contact us for a replacement
  • Take pictures of the box your product was shipped in and the product itself, making sure the damage is visible
  • We'll start a claim with the shipping company and send out a new product for you
  • DO NOT throw away the damaged product or packaging until we contact you
  • Cooperate with the shipping companies if they ask about damages, allowing them to approve the claim
